    2. Creating a Survey Template

    Once the Surveyoption is enabled, the Survey Setup item appears in the system menu:

    Go to it and click on the New Category button to create a Category. A category may contain multiple survey templates.

    Enter the Category name and set restrictions (i.e., select users that will not have access to this Category of surveys to set tasks).

    Enter the created Category and create the Template by clicking on the New Template button.

    The Template is created, and now it needs to be filled with survey questions. Click on a template to open its menu. Select New question, fill in the question fields, save.

    To preview the display of the Survey question, select the desired question, and press the Preview button.

    An incorrect question can be removed by clicking the Bin icon next to it.
