Hierarchy of processes
- A block of processes is the top level of the hierarchy. It includes processes and questions on these processes.
- A process is the middle level of the hierarchy. It represents some operational function (e.g. Security measures, communication with customers) or some zone of a store (e.g. Warehouse, Check-out Desk).
- A question is the lowest level of the hierarchy. Questions of the same group are included in one process.
