    How to fill in an inspection

    1) Open the inspections list

    Open the inspection list tab. Click on the inspection's name or number to start it.

    2) Start the inspection

    You will then see the inspection menu.

    Click Check start to start filling out the inspection.

    You can also click Delete to cancel it if you created an inspection accidentally. Note that an inspection can only be deleted before it was started. 

    The time of start and end of inspection logs according to the time set on the user's device. 

    3) Fill in the inspection

    The system will ask you to confirm that you want to start filling the inspection. Click Yes to proceed.

    Click this button to end the inspection after it was filled in.

    If requirements were not met, a notification message will appear to explain what you should do so that the inspection can be successfully finished.

    You can leave a comment for the inspection in this text box. You can also format the comment using the instruments on top of the text box.

    ← Undoes the last change in the comment.

    → Returns the last undone change.

    Click one of these buttons to download a report about inspection as a PDF or EXCEL file respectively. 

    The checklist question example is in the screenshot below.

    mceclip7.png If a question is required, you will see this mark on top of the Executor comments text box.

    11.jpg Click this button to attach images/other files to the question.

    You can leave a comment for the question in the text box. 

    Depending on the checklist template, a comment can be either required, not required, or required only if you answer a question negatively.

    You can also format the comment using the instruments on top of the text box.

    There can be a text hint or a photo hint for a question.

    4) End the inspection

     When you finish filling in the inspection, click Stop.

    If you did not answer all required questions, the inspection will not be finished. You will see a notification message telling you what should you do to successfully finish the inspection.

     

    When finished, the inspection will appear in one of the inspection lists. If the inspection was completed and no problems occurred, it will appear in the list of completed inspections. If any problems occurred during an inspection and they are not fixed yet, the inspection will be displayed in the Needs corrections list. 

    If the need review option is enabled for the checklist template, the inspection will appear in the Need review list and will not be moved to the Needs corrections or Completed list until the reviewer approves the inspection results.
