    List of incidents

    Follow

     Click Tasks - Tasks list on the left side of the page and select the Incidents tab.

    You will then see tasks linked to the inspections. You can apply filters to sort this list and find a specific task.

    Every task has a unique ID. You can use this filter to find a specific task if you know its ID.

    Please note that only the ID of the main task will work. You can't find a subtask using its ID.

    mceclip13.png A filter by Division.
    mceclip14.png A filter by Region.
    mceclip15.png A filter by Store.

    A filter by Responsible. You should enter a name or/and surname of an employee in this field.

    A responsible is a user who executes the task. 

    mceclip17.png A filter by Observer. You should enter a name or/and surname of an employee in this field.

    Some tasks require approval after they were finished. 

    Use this filter if you want to sort tasks by this attribute.

    If enabled, you will only see tasks that were routed to an executor according to the routing rules set in the Processes library.

    You can filter tasks by date of creation and deadline.

    If a task has 2 or more executors, it is counted as a Group task.

    Use this filter if you want to sort tasks by this attribute. 

    mceclip10.png Click on the Apply button to apply selected filters. 
    mceclip11.png The Reset button clears all applied filters.
