    Description of existing reporting roles

    Role title

    Description

    REPORT_HR_SUBSCRIBER

     

    ROLE_ADMIN

    System administrator has access to all sections, except for audits

    ROLE_REGIONAL_DIRECTOR

    Regional director, the main auditing role. By default has access to the scheduling calendar and checklist

    ROLE_CURATOR

    Division director has access to the system for his division, may conduct inspections

    REPORT_X

    Role that defines access to one of the reports: Inspections (1), Evaluation for the period (2), Calendar report (3), Store binding to the auditor (4), Number of visits (5)

    ROLE_SECRET

    Role of the mystery shopper. After logging in to the system, it has the functionality of filling in the audit (at one time, i.e. it cannot work on two audits simultaneously)

    ROLE_DIRECTOR_CLUSTER

    Regional director has access to the system by region

    ROLE_DIRECTOR_CLUSTER + ROLE_REGIONAL_DIRECTOR

    Role of the Operating director was performed by a combination of roles Regional Director and Director of the Region, i.e. he has access to information on stores within the region + access to a planning calendar and a checklist

    To manage the system roles, select Report Roles in the Administration section of the left menu. This screen displays a list of existing reporting roles in the system in a table. To search a group, enter a part or its full name and click Search.

    Edit information about the reporting role

    To view/edit the information about the reporting role, click on it in the list of roles, the panel for viewing the information about the role will open.

    In the Information tab, you can view the name of the user role and edit its description. Click Save changes to save your changes.

    To edit the user allocation for the selected role, click the Users tab.

    • To select users for a role, drag a user from the list of available users to the list of selected users using the arrows (single selection) and select all available users. For your convenience use the search.
    • To deselect users, drag a user from the list of selected users to the list of available users using the arrows (single selection) and select all available users. For your convenience use the search.

    Click Save changes to save the changes.

    To edit the group assignments for the selected role, go to the User groups tab.

    • To select a group for a role, drag the group from the list of available groups to the list of selected groups using the arrows (single selection) and select all available groups. For your convenience use the search.
    • To deselect a group, drag a group from the list of selected groups to the list of available groups using the arrows (single selection) and select all available groups. For your convenience use the search.

    Click Save changes to save your changes.
