Creating a checklist template

    Meaning of the term

Checklist template is formed from questions, processes, blocks of the System Library with previously created specified hierarchy and data. The structure of the checklist template is formed at your discretion, it does not have to be multilevel, it can consist only of processes and questions, the sequence of which is also determined by you. You can add questions from different processes and blocks to the new checklist template. In the checklist template properties, it is necessary to specify the rules of evaluation and sending of notifications about the fact and result of the audit according to the template.

    How to create a checklist

First create a library. In this article you will find instruction: Library

    1) After the library is created, click the Add button.
    2) Find the created template in the list and click Edit.
    3) Add questions from the library or create new ones.
    4) Select a checklist from the general list and assign business directions.

    Answer options

    1. Yes / No.
    2. Yes / Average/ No.
    3. 1 to 5.
    4. 1 to 10.

Options 3 and 4 are possible with the Advanced Weighted checklist option. No = 0 points, Yes = 5 points or the maximum value set for this question in the Question Weight field.

    Evaluation algorithm

Weighted.Five-point system, No = 0 points, Yes = 5 points, Average = 2.5 points. Question weight is used to normalize the impact of a question using the following formula: sum of all weights / number of questions * weight of this question * 5 when answering Yes.The default weight value is 1. For most cases, it is recommended not to change it, so that all questions will be equal and the calculation will be an arithmetic average.

Consolidated. The sum of all the weights of the questions answered Yes. In this case, the result of the checklist can be any number. Not recommended for use, except when the weight of individual issues is negative and means the amount of the fine in rubles.

Sum.The algorithm is similar to the consolidated algorithm, but the result is displayed in percent. Answer Yes = 100% of the question weight, answer No = 0%, Average = 50%. Calculation is performed by process averaging.

Extended weighted. If you select this algorithm, a scale of 1 to 10 will be displayed instead of Yes / No. If the user selects a value, the result will be calculated by the formula: question weight / 10 * selected value. Score below 6 is considered critical and automatically generates a correction task.

The following options also affect the evaluation of the audit:

    • question that blocks the category;
    • question that blocks checklist template.

If the blocking question is answered No, then 0 points will be given for the entire test or process, regardless of the answers to other questions.

For example, the store is open during business hours: No means 0 points and answers to other questions are not important anymore.
