How to create a catalog
To create a catalog, open the Administration tab in the menu, enter the Catalogs section and click on the New catalog button.
The catalog creation menu will open. Fill in all required fields and click on the Save button to proceed.
- Tick the Offline catalog checkbox if you want your users to have all catalog data to be loaded into users' mobile devices so they can use the catalog even without a proper internet connection established.
- Add attributes using the Add attribute button.
- Select one of the data types for each attribute.
Once created, the catalog will be displayed in the catalogs list. You can fill it with data at this point. To do so, click on the icon next to the corresponding catalog. Enter the name of the position, fill in the attributes, click on the Save button or on the Save and create new value button if you want to create a new position.
How to edit a catalog
To edit a catalog, open the Administration tab in the menu, enter the Catalogs section. Click on the catalog if you want to change its name or attributes or click on the icon next to the corresponding catalog to edit the catalog data.
The Checklist categories catalog is created by the system to store checklist categories and cannot be deleted. You can add new categories as described above.
