If each of your company objects has its own email address, you may use the Object email option to receive all inspections results to an object email.
To start getting inspections results to an Object email, find the object card of a desired object in the Organizational structure tab. Then specify an email in the corresponding field. If you want to create a new object, you can also specify an object email at the object creation screen.
Then you should enable the Send an email about the inspection to the object email address option in the Notification send settings for each checklist template. Here is an example of how you can set up the notification settings so that system sends a letter to an object email each time any inspections using that checklist template are completed or issues found during such an inspection are fixed.
By default, the Object email option is disabled. Contact your manager to activate it.
